Who’s Kitten Who? -Sylvester Jr. and Hippety Hopper – W.B. Framed Lobby Card – Fine Art Giclee

$150.00

This framed limited edition 16×20 giclee lobby card entitled “Who’s Kitten Who?,” is a 1952 cartoon directed by Robert McKimson and costarring Sylvester Jr. Hippety Hopper escapes from the zoo yet again, this time winding up in Sylvester’s basement just as he’s telling his son how good he is at mouse catching. He once again mistakes Hippety Hopper for a giant mouse, and every time he tries to catch the kangaroo, he gets kicked out of the room! This edition is limited to 500 hand-numbered pieces.

Originally, “Lobby Cards” were created to publicize each cartoon and were used by theater owners to display in theater
lobbies.

“Giclée,” as a fine art term, has come to be associated with prints using fade-resistant “archival” inks (including solvent inks) and the inkjet printers that use them.
